Purchase and usage rules

By buying through feilong.pro you agree to the rules below.

General

feilong.pro is a storefront: it shows the available accounts but accepts no payments and stores no buyer contacts. All deals are completed on FunPay through a secure deal.

How buying works

Click Buy on an account card — the FunPay listing opens. The payment is held by the platform and released to the seller only after you confirm you received the account.

Account binding

After payment the account is bound to your details — email and phone number. It takes about 5 minutes on average.

Responsibility

The buyer is fully responsible for everything done on the account after the handover.

Do not top up the balance with a bank card

Topping up the Steam balance with a bank card will get the account locked (the red banner). No refund is issued in that case. Use Steam digital wallet cards instead.

Play PUBG only

The account is meant for PUBG only. Buying CS2 skins, other games or any assets on this Steam account is strongly discouraged: the risk of a ban is high and no refund is provided for it.

Play from one PC

Stick to a single computer. Do not pass the account to friends — Steam may treat it as transferring the account to third parties, which leads to restrictions.

Sign out in public places

If you play in gaming clubs or internet cafes, always sign out after the session so no one else can interfere.

Cheats, macros and DMA are forbidden

Any third-party software (cheats, macros, DMA devices) on the account is strictly forbidden. If the account is banned for it, no refund is issued.

Changing the region

The account region can be changed to Spain or the USA if needed — there are no other options. The service costs 300 ₽ — contact the seller on FunPay.

Do not change the email or phone number

At purchase the account is bound to your email address and phone number. These must match the details you gave the seller when arranging the deal.

The binding must not be changed afterwards. If you change the email or the phone number without notifying the seller, the warranty is voided automatically and no compensation is paid.

Beyond that, changing the binding on your own is treated by the Chinese platform as transferring the account to a third party and may trigger sanctions on their side, up to a permanent ban.

Steam red flag: what it is and what still works

A red flag is a Steam restriction: instead of the library the account shows a warning. There are two wordings — «Someone else may have accessed this account» and «This account was locked by its owner». The causes differ, but the effect on gameplay is the same.

The main point: you can keep playing PUBG under either type of lock. The restrictions only affect the Steam store and social features — the game itself launches and runs as usual.

  • Still works: launching and playing PUBG, redeeming skin and G-Coin keys inside the game, all items already in the inventory.
  • Does not work: Steam purchases, sending and receiving gifts, trading, redeeming Steam digital keys, playing on VAC-secured servers, access to the Steam community.

Type 1. «Someone else may have accessed this account»

How to lift it: message our support. We will try to help, but this is not a warranty case: extra fees are possible and refunds are not provided.

Steam applies this lock automatically when account activity looks suspicious. The most common reasons are below.

  • Trades and purchases in other games. Accepting trades from roulette sites and from scammers selling DOTA 2 or CS2 skins is the most common cause. Use the account for PUBG ONLY and do not buy in-game items in other titles on it. This is your responsibility, and the risk of a red flag here is high.
  • Changing the region to a disallowed one. Chinese accounts may only be moved to Spain (Europe) or the USA — there are no other options. The service makes it easier to use currency on the Steam marketplace. It costs 300 RUB and is arranged through the seller.
  • Topping up with a bank card. The balance can be topped up ONLY with digital top-up cards. A bank card cannot be linked even if you live in that country — Steam locks the account automatically. Buy digital cards from the seller or other marketplaces, always for your region: euro or US dollars.
  • Frequent logins from different VPN servers and locations. Chinese accounts are highly sensitive to sudden location changes. If you use GearUp or another VPN, stay on a single IP, or better ask your teammates to switch location instead. Play from your own computer: internet cafes and sharing the account with friends noticeably increase the risk. Buy an account for yourself.

Type 2. «This account was locked by its owner»

This lock is placed by the previous owner through a special recovery link. They gain access to it if the email or phone number of the account has been changed.

At purchase we rebind the account to your details — your email and your phone number, say example@gmail.com and +7…92. If a check by the Chinese suppliers finds them replaced with different ones, for example example2@bk.ru and +7…13, it is treated as resale and a deliberate change of details without notice. In that case the supplier has the right to lock the account.

Unlocking is paid: 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% of the amount originally paid for the account — this is how suppliers fight resale behind their backs. The exact share depends on the case and is confirmed by support.

If you changed nothing, the unlock code may be issued free of charge: it can be an error on our side or on the supplier side.

On top of that, changing the binding on your own is treated by the Chinese platform as transferring the account to a third party and may trigger sanctions on their side — up to locking the account and having it recovered by the previous owner.

If you buy accounts for resale, say so upfront. It will save you unnecessary costs and disputes.

24- and 72-hour bans

These bans are not refundable — they come from the game itself, not from the account.

To avoid a repeat ban, once it expires reinstall the game and the anti-cheat, stay off the account for a week, remove extra software (mouse utilities in particular) and do not jump into ranked: warm the account up with arcade modes, then normal matches. Once there are no more bans, you can try ranked.

The anti-cheat needs time to get used to your IP and computer. A calm first week saves months later.

What to do if you get a red flag

Message the seller in FunPay chat: when the lock appeared, the exact wording on screen, and what happened to the account before that. You will get instructions and, if the case is covered, the code to lift it.

Do not contact Steam support yourself and do not try to lift the lock through account recovery — doing so may void your warranty.

Full compensation applies provided you did not break the rules on changing details, used no methods leading to a permanent PUBG ban, received no Steam bans, did not delete the Steam account permanently — and the account was recovered by its previous owner. Money the buyer spent on in-game purchases is not refunded: it falls outside the warranty terms.

Important

Breaking any of these rules may get the account banned. In such cases neither refunds nor replacements are provided.
